What a fabulous experience we have had in selling our Othello home

through First Choice Realty!

Initially, we simply contacted First Choice to request a fair market analysis of our home, which was provided to us with no obligation, and no questions asked.  We were so impressed with First Choice’s helpfulness and willingness to share information with us that we decided to sit down with them and talk further about the possibility of First Choice selling our home. 

We had seriously considered trying to sell our home “For Sale By Owner”; however, after hearing of other Othello friends’ positive experiences with First Choice Realty, and after meeting with the First Choice staff personally, we decided that there really was no point in trying to sell our home ourselves.  Seeing the credibility a quality real estate agent brings to the sale of a house made it a no-brainer.  Every dollar we paid in realty fees was more than worth it, considering the positive end result that was achieved, and the exceptional service that we received from the First Choice Realty team throughout the entire process.  Brian and his staff truly function as an effective team that is working cooperatively to meet the needs of the client. 

 

In addition, with three young children, it made good sense for us to let a professional handle the stress and logistics related to the sale of our home.  What a relief to simply hand a First Choice Realty card to the potential buyers who knocked on our door, rather than feeling pressured to show the home immediately, without any notice, with our three lively children buzzing around. We literally had people knocking on our front door while we were busy changing diapers!   How nice to be able to have our home shown at our convenience! 

Brian met with us right in our home, several times much later than traditional “office hours” in order to accommodate our family’s busy schedule.  We had the opportunity to talk through important matters while sitting with Brian at our own dining room table.    

We are very impressed with the effective manner in which our home was marketed, and we enjoyed the enthusiasm, creativity, and openness offered to us throughout the entire process.  We always felt comfortable calling First Choice with our questions and ideas or when we needed a bit of extra reassurance about the process, and we were consistently treated with respect and care, and we knew that we had a meaningful voice in what was happening.

Now, less than 90 days after listing our home, there is a “sold” sign in our front yard, and we are very happy to be moving to Ohio.  Brian and his staff truly have been a wonderful help in getting our home sold quickly at a fair price.  Based on our personal experience, we highly recommend First Choice Realty.  They have exceeded our high expectations, and we are so happy with the work that they have done on behalf of our family.
